Ensuring that your body consumes the right amount of fluid can benefit your health and prevent you from getting back pain.

Back pain is not uncommon but you can prevent it effectively with the right habits. Sit with the support of a lumbar pillow, lose some weight if you think you need to, exercise regularly and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Back pain can be excruciating if untreated, so do what it takes to prevent it from occurring is the most ideal.
